Best build quality? Moto
I mean just look at this baby.Their software blunders aside, I think Motorola has the best hardware quality of any of the major OEMs. I have a DroidX that has held up since July 2010 and has no major issues. Even left it out in the rain in a ditch all night, didn't even properly dry it out and it was working good as new a few days later. HTC makes strong devices also but Samsung, no. That plastic is good, but doesn't hold up for a 2 year cycle.
