Does Samsung's lawsuit against the Iphone 5's LTE copyrights have much merit?
As I understand it, Samsung owns twice as many LTE patents as Apple, but I keep reading that a lot of those are standards-essential patents that they can't do much about. So, I want to know, what exactly is Samsung saying apple is infringing on, and do they have any real chance at winning this lawsuit?
