Metro Internet Explorer woes.

I've dabbled with platforms, both iOS and Android. Both have outstanding browsers built on webkit that seem to work flawlessly. I've been using Internet Explorer on the RTM of Windows 8 on my laptop and before that consumer and developer previews, and have not found them up to snuff. For example, things like Vimeo do not always allow me to play video. Pages load weirdly, they load text and take a good 5 to 10 seconds to load images on heavy sites (and I have a great internet connection), etc etc etc. Other issues I have is I don't see an option to have the bottom bar always enabled. Fullscreen is great but I prefer the option of being able to switch between the two.

Is anyone else worried about this too? Everything else about Windows 8 I love, it's the one thing I'm waiting for reviews on the surface for. I use the browser more then anything else on a tablet, and since Windows 8 RTM is going to basically lock me into IE, it better be as good or better then Mobile Safari/Chrome/Android Browser.
