Silent Hill: Book of Memories

I was wondering if anyone has played through a larger part of the game and how they felt about it.

I'm debating getting it, as the demo was quite fun, but I'm worried the lack of weapon variety and loot may make me lose interest fast.

I doubt there will be a Polygon review, so has anyone else given it a try yet?
