How Does the iPad Mini Stack Up to the Nexus 7?

Screen: 1024 x 768 on 7.85" (163 ppi) vs. 1280 x 800 on 7" (216 ppi)

Cpu: Dual core A9 vs. quad core A9

RAM: Either 512MB or 1GB (unsure at moment) vs. 1GB

Price: $329 vs. $200

Camera: 1.2 MP front, 5MP back vs. 1.2 MP front

Battery Life: Quoted at 10 hours but not tested yet vs. 8 hours.

I wonder if it's really worth that $130 premium.
