NEWS: Apple's rubber banding patents have been thrown out!
OK, this is a developing story, but, Apple's rubber banding patents have just been THROW OUT. http://www.fosspatents.com/2012/10/patent-office-tentatively-invalidates.html I think were used against Samsung in their court case in August. Would this mean much in the context of the upcoming appeal? Would more patents be thrown out? Does this indicate that Apple is a patent troll for patenting EVERY TRIVIAL THING they create?
