Before everyone gets up in arms about the Surface review (a la Lumia 900), read this.

7.0 IS NOT A BAD SCORE

In fact, it is actually pretty good.

First off, it is not a 10. Nothing is perfect

Next, it is not a 9. As good as it is, there are inherent problems (such as the fledgling app store)

It is not an 8 either.

7 seems to be about the right score - it is a good device with a few kinks that need to be worked out.

Don't see 7 as a bad score.
