The lack of Apps is a legitimate criticism. I really don't understand why people are complaining about this criticism. When I ordered the Surface, I knew there wouldn't be many apps at launch. I'm ok with this, and at the same time, I understand when others are critical of this.
I purchased a PS3 when it had very few "apps". When I got my first android phone, the apps weren't as plentiful as the other platform. RT apps will come eventually (or not). We just have to be patient. We also have to accept that without apps, the Surface should not get rated as high as platforms with hundreds of thousands of apps.
