There have been a lot of conflicting reports with regards to the Samsung Ativ Smart PC. One of these is that the device only supports 5-finger multitouch (via http://arstechnica.com/gadgets/2012/10/convertilaptopilets-hands-on-with-samsungs-new-smart-pc-hybrids/) while others say it supports 10-fingers (via http://www.techradar.com/reviews/pc-mac/tablets/samsung-ativ-smart-pc-1094356/review). If Samsung Ativ Smart PC does support 5-finger multitouch, this would make it different from all its competitor Atom Clovertrail tablets, all of which support 10-finger multitouch.
So, does greater finger multitouch support mean a better windows 8 tablet/notebook hybrid? Will the lesser number of multitouch gesture support depreciate windows 8 user experience with a tablet?
