Windows Store will now sell mature rated titles.
Previously Microsoft have stated that they would now allow games above Teen to be sold in the store due to a conflict with European game ratings which uses the Pegi system where a 16 would be classed as a mature title by the ESRB. Now however, Microsoft will allow mature title within the store.
"It basically ends up disqualifying games that would be ESRB Mature," explained Windows Corporate VP of Web Services Antoine Leblond.
