Cheap Windows 8 computer with touchscreen
Ok, I want the cheapest possible windows 8 computer (most likely laptop) with a touchscreen. Obviously, I don't want something that is total junk, but as long as it can do email/web/word it should be good. Price is of first priority. I am open to Windows RT, especially since it would have office already, but I'm gonna need the keyboard thingy with it (more cost). Any tips guys?
