3G Nexus 7 with 32GB - £249?

So it looks like the 32Gb 3G Nexus 7 could be revealed on the 29th. Over at Modaco they've already got some prices from a Latvian website:

If this does start at £249, that would be a full £200 cheaper than the equivalent iPad mini!!! I don't care if the TripAdvisor app is crap, this is a day one purchase for me.
