It's the halfway point of what we on staff have affectionally termed "Late October Madness," with Apple this past Tuesday and Google / Windows Phone this upcoming Monday. Thursday was all about Microsoft: the company held two events to celebrate the launch of Windows 8 and the new Surface tablet. Thankfully we imported our UK-based Senior News Editor (and Microsoft guru) Tom Warren for just such an occasion. He joins David and Nilay through a lively discussion.
