Is this enough to run Win 8 Pro properly?

I was looking for some advice from people who have more technical knowledge then me on whether or not my computer would run Win 8 properly. I have already ran the upgrade advisor and that said it should work fine. My problem lies whether I should upgrade the ram so that it won't slow down my entire computer when I'm running iTunes, or playing something like Starcraft 2. My specs are posted below. Any advice would be appreciated, thank you=)
