A way to keep up the start screen on second monitor?

I noticed that when I switch from my secondary monitor to my primary, the start screen goes away and it flips to the last Windows 8 app that I was in. I thought it would be useful however, to keep the start screen pinned to one monitor at all times so that I could see all my live tile updates and access them if I wanted to. Any ideas?
