HTML5 in Windows RT
I have noticed that many sites have two versions, one with Flash and one with HTML5. I noticed that if I visit a site on an iPad, in most cases, the videos would play. But if I visit a site with my Surface or my Galaxy Nexus, I am prompted to download the Flash plugin. Is it possible to maybe disable Flash to be the default video player and use HTML5 instead?
