Jury Foreman Had Previous Dispute with Samsung

The jury foreman was sued by Seagate, which Samsung now has a substantial share in and it resulted in his personal bankruptcy. The lawyer suing Hogan (the foreman) is married to a partner at Quinn Emanuel. He never disclosed this when questioned about involvement in previous lawsuits.
OK, now Samsung has very strong grounds for a mistrial especially since the guy lied under oath.
