"We're going to the standards bodies starting tomorrow, and we're gonna make FaceTime an open industry standard" - Steve Jobs, WWDC 2010 Keynote
Let's create an online movement to raise awareness about the promise Apple never kept. Make it snowball until Apple has no choice but to keep its promise, or face the backlash. We have nothing to lose - think of a world where FaceTime is the de facto standard for video calls. No services, apps or accounts needed - just video call any phone number in the world and chances are they'll pick up, wether they're using iPhone, Android, WP, Blackberry or any other platform. It's already been done with WebKit. Let's do it again.
We could also create a subreddit, facebook group, etc.
