Should I upgrade to android 4.1?

I have an Asus Transformer Infinity that came with Android 4.0 ICS preinstalled, and I have enjoyed Flash support since day 1. However, Asus recently rolled out an update to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, and according to what I've been reading it seems to be an update that is recommended by almost all reviewers. It's said to have a better performance and Google Now seems like a great feature too, but I'm a little worried about the fact that Flash is no longer supported, because I'm not quite sure what that means. I know I'll still be able to watch Youtube videos through the Youtube app, but what does it mean for videos outside of Youtube? I can currently watch some of those videos in Google Chrome, even though it says on some videos that Flash isn't present. Does this mean I will still be able to watch those videos in Jelly Bean? For the videos I can't watch in chrome, I use the Dolphin Brower, because it doest support the plugin, but that will no longer be possible in 4.1, I presume?

So, can you explain this matter to me and recommend 4.1? Or do the cons outweigh the pros?
