Is Apple really updating their maps?

Two weeks ago I added my missing business listing to the new Apple Maps using the "report a problem" link in the maps app.

14 days have now past and guess what.... it's still missing!?!

I appreciated Apples apology, thanks Tim, but what I would really like is an Apple Maps FAQ. Here's a start:

Q: How do I add or edit my business listing in Apple Maps?

Q: What is the verification process for changes to listings?

Q: How do I monitor the progress of a listing amendment?

Q: Can I take ownership of my business entry and have access to analytics?

Q: Will I be notified when my listing is updated?

Q: How will I know if my listing is rejected?

Q: How long can I expect it will take to have a new listing added to the maps?

It would be good to hear form anyone that has actually successfully added or edited a business listing. How did you do it and how long did it take?
