Updated specs for 920

With today's AT&T announcement Nokia has updated the hardware specs page (USA) for the 920. Here are the operation frequencies:

Can anyone shed on light on what this means for AT&T owners of the 920 who travel overseas? Will this version work in Europe on LTE speeds?

The page is still showing Bluetooth 3.0. I wonder if 4.0 is really coming or not.
