Paul Miller USA, operated by Miller Global, and NilayPTL have agreed to merge under the Miller brand — and though both parties seemed happy, Topolsky is allegedly in early talks to submit a counter offer against Miller International (parent company of Miller Global, which itself is the parent of Paul Miller USA). Citing "sources familiar with the matter," The Verge reports that Tops is currently crunching numbers to determine if a merger with NilayPTL would be feasible.
