Looking for a new build - UPDATED (BUILD THREAD)

The one I'm on now is about 3.5 years old at this point. It's been rock solid, but it getting long in the tooth. I primarily work from home, so I need another build that's rock solid and a bit snappier.

Here's what I have now

  • AMD Phenom X3 8650
  • XFX GeForce 8200 mobo
  • Gigabyte HD 6570
  • 4GB DDR2-800 PC-6400
  • CM 690 II Advanced case

EDIT - 11/19:

I had 16GB worth of G.Skill 1066 DDR3 on hand from Black Friday 2011, and I just took advantage of a great sale on a 2500K from Microcenter. On it's way also is a 675w modular PSU, so I'm in build mode finally.

Need recommendations for a good mobo that I can overclock with. I'd prefer to stick with a more reliable manufacturer, and if at all possible I'd like to get a board that's compatible with the 1066 RAM. This ASRock board seems to tick all the boxes. Newegg Link

The other thing I'm looking for is a recommendation for a enclosed water cooling setup. I want to keep the 212 on this board for the kids. Don't seem to be able to find a huge difference between the different Corsair and other brands. Seems like an H50 or H60 would do me fine?
