Think you're losing interest in books due to movies and games? Then read Hugh Laurie's The Gun Seller!

So there I was a while ago, I was feeling as if I had lost interest in reading books and was pretty worried. I thought it was me changing... well that was until I read the first paragraph of Hugh Laurie's really interesting book "The Gun Seller".
"Imagine that you have to break someone's arm. Right or Left, doesn't matter. The point is that you have to break it, because if you don't. . . well, that doesn't matter either. Let's say bad things will happen if you don't.
Now, my question goes like this: do you break the arm quickly - snap, whoops, sorry, here let me help you with that improvised splint - or do you drag the whole business out for a good eight minutes, every now and then increasing the pressure in the tiniest of increments, until the pain becomes pink and green and hot and cold and altogether... howlingly unbearable?"
This book made me realize that I was not bored of books, or they took the last priority due to games and movies... No, in fact it was my choice of books that was the real culprit. I really advice you guys not to pick up anything in the library because it has a dashing cover or it gives that "blockbuster" feel... Get it because you know it's your type and you will ENJOY IT.
So I really suggest you pick this book to read as it is really fun and easy to read.
