Will Microsoft do another Smoked by Windows Phone campaign for WP8 phones?

The previous Smoked by Windows Phone campaign imo was a great success. It brings new users to the Windows Phone ecosystem with zero barrier of entry (ie. free phones). Will Microsoft do another one with WP8?
