If you could design Android from the ground up, what would you do?

Android doesn't excist yet, and you are Google.

You have the knowledge about Android how it is now

How would you design it?

My plan:

I would skip the design of Android 1 to 3

The first version should be both for phones and tablets, with a theme manager to prevent (big) skinning

(Android based) Google TV is replaced by Chrome TV (based on Chrome OS)

Phones should have a workmode (with the option to let it be controlled by your boss)

Workmode doesn't sync with Google so bosses don't fear a situation like Airbus had with Boeing over a contract with Saudi Arabia

Playstore should have a "checked by Google" section for secure work-apps

Stock browser is Chrome-based (Chromium to keep it open-source)
