If Google REALLY wants to move the Nexus 4 without LTE

They should became or acquire an AT&T MVNO and make attractive plans. At the end of the day these companies aren't going to offer attractive plans but Google has the technology to do so. Heck they acquired all these Google Voice companies, I don't see why they don't push more VOIP to get back at the carriers. Google obviously isn't happy with the carriers and the carriers weren't obviously happy with Google with the amount of many Galaxy Nexus' sold. I'm sure a carrier would bite and ridicule on a deal though.

Just examples below.

Plan 1:

100 cents a day (30$ mo)

Unlimited WIFI Calling/Texting (Google Voice)

90 minutes (per day)

400 Texts (per day)

200MB of 3G and then throttled speeds 150kb speeds.

Plan 2:

60 cents a day (18$ mo)

Unlimited WIFI Calling/Texting (Google Voice)

30 minutes (per day)

200 Texts (per day)

100MB of 3G and then throttled 150kb speeds.
