If history repeats itself...
Verizon will release the 8X two weeks from today. My sister lives out of state and comes home to visit twice a year. A year and a half ago she was home and the day after she left, the Trophy came out resulting in me not being able to show it off to her. She came home again in September and left right before Mango was released, again preventing me from showing it off. She's coming in again next week and so based on my track record, the 8X (and 822) will be released the day after she leaves again.
