Anybody know of an Android Launcher that can do this..?

I've been trying out launchers available in the Google Play apps store looking for a one that can jump between 5 screens in this circular fashion..

Blue arrows are the swipe directions, green ones are auto transitions.

Anyone has an idea? Thank you.

P.S- Please don't ask me where I got my photoshop skills, I was born with it.
