Best Halo game plot?
I just beat 4 and my opinion is that it's only fair to compare the plots of the respective game in the previous trilogy.
Halo 4- Halo 1
Halo 5- Halo 2
Halo 6- Halo 3
In terms of plot buildup I think it makes sense. Anyway do I think Halo 4 has a better plot than Halo 1? Yes. I think 343 did a great job detailing the intersection between Chief becoming less human to be a machine and Cortana drifting towards human from a machine. The supporting characters kind of sucked in 4 though and the enemy is not nearly as interesting as the Covenant IMO. Like the Didact is cool and all but he just does not strike me a very "villain-y" villain. Like I see his side of the coin, which means I can't really root for the Chief as much.
What do you guys think?
