WP8 and Outlook Synchronisation
I have a GMail account. Use Outlook as my email client. I currently cannot get tasks to sync - on an Android phone. I have been waiting for Windows 8. Then I can get a W8 tablet & WP8 phone (0ne eco-system) and keep these and my laptop in constant sync. This is important to me.
Apparently WP8 and Outlook will not be able to sync emails, contacts and tasks? This needs to be done using 3rd party apps. Surely this is not correct! Sync is such a basic requirement!
And I do not want to use the cloud. WiFi / USB is fine. Don't trust the cloud yet
Can someone please make my day and tell me I have it wrong?
