Can Itunes speak the name of a song?

I was wondering if there's a way to make iTunes speak, like the iPod Shuffle does, with the Voice Over function.

I already have some tweaks that show me a pop-up with the song name, but I think I prefer that voice speaking method, (maybe it's less distracting?) or at least I'd like to try something like that.

Do you know if there's an app of that? Because I don't find anything in Google.
