Auto-refresh extension
scb1898 pointed me to an extension for Chrome that will automatically refresh a page and will notify you when specific terms are added are removed. I suggest using the "lose target" for "coming soon."
It helped me be one of the first people to jump at getting an N4 so maybe it will help you too. Good luck!
