Jelly Bean 4.2 bug? Cannot turn of vibration in Google Talk...

Just manually updated my Galaxy Nexus to 4.2, and every Talk message vibrate my phone...

I have already chosen "never vibrate" under "chat notification" and "voice & video chat" notification, FYI.
