Warning: Don't Update to 4.2 If You Want Google Voice
Android Central is reporting that Google Voice is broken on Android 4.2. As they mentioned, Google Voice was bonked on early Nexus 4 review units, but blamed on pre-release software. However, it seems that the Google Voice bug has made its way into production as well. Users have reported app crashes. Android Central surmises that this may simply require an update to Google Voice to be compatible, but you'd suspect that these issues would be concomitantly resolved before Google made its big 4.2 launch.
And you wonder why Google's software gets hung up in carrier testing for so long. They can't even get their first-party app situation straight.
