Question about Windows RT
I don't know if anyone is in a position to answer this, but I figured I'd ask anyway... I know about the whole thing with "no third party desktop apps" - the thing I wonder, though: how is this enforced? Sure, apps compiled for x86 aren't going to run - but is there anything stopping someone from compiling an app for ARM and installing it on the desktop? Is there a mechanism that actually prevents this?
