Who created that Fan-Made Marketing Campaign for Microsoft?

Do anyone remember that Marketing campaign someone made for Microsoft? It started off by labeling Google as a "Do No Evil" company in the eyes of the consumer. And Microsoft as "old and slow." Then tried to reinvent Microsoft through the idea of space and future. The Windows logo was taken from a city skyscraper Windows. He found away to integrate Microsoft's products through marketing. Everyone loved his design philosophy. Does anyone remember this? I am desperately looking for the link.
