Turn by Turn navigation of HTC 8X

Does the 8X come with turn by turn navigation?

If not are there any apps you can download to get it?

I heard Nokia Drive is coming to it though not sure if that is definite?

(A lot of questions, I would get a 920 with Nokia Drive but the unlocked versions aren't cheap in the UK).
