Russia demands broad UN role in Net governance, leak reveals
Not sure if this is the right forum to post it, but I see TheVerge isn't covering this, and they should, as it's worse than SOPA and ACTA combined (global and much worse), and it's going to happen 2 weeks from now.
Censorship, mass surveillance, Internet disconnections and even the death of net neutrality. All of it is going to be proposed by ITU 2 weeks from now.
