Which launcher do you use and why?
I use Nova launcher.
Reason being, I had flashed a custom ROM in my Incredible S along with an on-screen button mod(because the backlight keys weren't functioning properly) and with Trebuchet, my apps would semi-overlap with the dock.
It has some decent gestures + I can keep all of the stock JB animations and transitions.
Best Part - Background transparency lets me have a wallpaper in my app drawer which just looks so much better than a black background.
