Support from MS in UK on US Purchased Surface?
Hi there.
Just wondering if anybody is in the UK and has a Surface that was bought in the US.
If so, have you had to get any warranty support from MS in the UK?
I had mine sent across by my sister who lives in NYC and I've had a few issues with it including the split keyboard. It's inly a tiny hole at the moment but has a exposed wiring and will probably get worse.
I am also getting persistent sad face screens when changing wifi networks.
I'm hoping I wont have to send it back to my sister to get the keyboard replaced and the wifi is a fixable software issue.
I also have the speaker buzz but that seems to happen in them all and I tend to use headphones anyway
