Where is the grey Nokia Lumia 920?

So... it seems that Black, White, Red, Yellow and even Cyan is available as a color and there is totally no word on the Grey version of the Lumia 920. It seems rather strange to me that it's even impossible to preorder it. It reminds me a bit of the situation with the white iPhone 4. I just hope they don't cancel it completely as I know many people are waiting specifically for this color. What color would you get if the grey version won't become available? I personally would go for white, as with the black one the design gets lost in my opinion and the other colors are bit too extravagant for taking with me to customers.
