Low Barrier to Entry: HTC 8S unlocked for $325 at Negri Electronics

Unfortunately just a preorder, but wow that is a good price. And since I'm pretty sure Negri overcharges, can we expect this to be even cheaper unlocked/off contract when it is finally released?
I think simply due to price, this is my next. It'll be a cheap way to finally get myself a Windows Phone and leave me the opportunity to upgrade again sometime next year--maybe when a more svelte Nokia with PureView comes out, or something.
