Why HTC 8X smokes Lumia 920

I'm not sure what Nokia were thinking, they have good internals and materials but made one heck of a brick. And add to that AT&T exclusive in US which also sells iPhone 5 and bunch of other high end Android phones. They have to be in as many carriers as possible.
Give the rumors of upcoming Surface phone and HTC 8X being slimmer, offering same color choices, and more importantly available in all carriers, I dont see how Nokia can succeed. They are going down and will continue to struggle until Elop gets his shit right.
