Apple's Challenge Questions
I just bought an iPad and can't remember the answers to the 3 challenge questions I need to answer in order to download content even though I have already associated my iPad with my pre-existing account.
Customer Service can't re-set the security on my account, even after confirming that I am who I say I am.
