Favorite Media Format?
Doesn't need to be one you currently use. Just one that you really enjoyed seeing or hearing media on. Either because of certain qualities the format offers or because of certain memories associated with it.
For me it's gotta be super8mm with a magnetic sound strip. I used to find old Star Wars reels at flea markets. They were digest versions of the film. But it was great to project the Hoth battle on a big screen in my backyard during the summer.
I still own a copy of the Third Man with Orsen Wells. There's something about the light of the screen from a film projector. It is very bright and warm looking.
Live never seen this done well on LED, plasma, or LCD.
