Nexus 7 lag with 4.2: FIX!
Saw this on reddit, basically it can be blamed on Background Sync in Google Currents... just open the app and head over to the Settings, then disable Background Sync... I noticed an improvement right away, but they recommend a reboot as well. So far so good (once it loads up all my widgets).
