Google Play Store Customer Service
Hey all,
I'm thinking about getting a Nexus 4. The price is very attractive, but I wonder about what would happen if anything legitimately went wrong with the phone and I had to get a replacement or if I had to speak to the Play Store's customer service dept for any reason. I worry because it seems like they are still relatively new to selling devices directly to customers and I want to avoid a terrible experience where I end up sitting on the phone trying to get an issue resolved for hours, days or even weeks.
For those of you who have dealt with Google's customer service dept, how would you rate them?
