Getting Blackberry into the the hearts of users?
To be honest, I've been an Android user for several years now, but BB10 has really driven me towards RIM's ecosystem for the first time. Flow is beautiful, applications seem to launch smoothly and without hesitation, and the gestures look excellent.
The problem is getting old users (i.e., iPhone and Android users) back to the platform. What do you think is their best method to do that?
