Multitasking on Android "Swipe Pad"
Wave Launcher, Over Skreen, Swipe Pad, everyone is trying to make multitasking on Android happen better than what we have. Wave Launcher however has not seen an update since who knows. I found that if you download "Swipe Pad" and use the recent App features it's the fastest way on Android to multitask. Really to switch in between apps. Only Samsung suite of apps do real multitasking. I have it set up to swipe from the bottom. Give it a try.
If anybody knows anymore "multitasking" apps feel free to chime in.
